Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 November 2026
This policy explains what the BlinkWord app and its online services do with your data.
Data that stays on your device
Your word lists, flashcards, lessons, Leitner progress and settings are stored on your device. They are not sent to us unless you use one of the online features below.
Account
Some features, such as publishing content to the store, need an account. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google account ID, and use them only to identify you in BlinkWord.
Store
When you browse or install content from the store, your device asks our server for that content. Content you publish to the store, together with the author name you choose, becomes visible to other users.
Learning assistant
If you use the chat assistant, the messages you write are sent to our server to produce an answer, and may be processed by an AI service provider for that purpose. Do not share personal or sensitive information in the chat.
What we do not do
BlinkWord shows no ads, does not sell your data and does not share it with third parties for marketing.
Deleting your data
You can delete local data at any time by removing it in the app or uninstalling the app.
